- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Measurements are important there is a big difference between 1500 and 2000 sq/ft $$$$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will almost all the time travel and give a bid .This allows me to have a over all picture of the entire project and more clear understanding of the customer’s vision at the same allowing me to recommend materials and answer any questions. Most of the time customers know what they want their projects to look like they just need someone who can see their vision and offer some options on how to get there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As young man I framed houses and worked offshore .On my 2 weeks off I was doing carpenter work . Built beach houses full time,major remodels ,new houses , barns, metal buildings /shops,metal roofs , heavy oilfield construction and lots custom Carpenter work from frame to finish.
