- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer excellent products and service at a fair price. We will inform you of all available discounts and rebates at the time of your free onsite quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to schedule an in home consultation in order to give a proper introduction to our company as well as provide the most accurate quote for your project. During this visit we will take pictures and measurements so that we can design the perfect install. Once you have selected your system we will add you to our install calendar. After the install is complete we will schedule a quality assurance check as well as a time for a City Inspector to visit your home to complete the City Inspection (Only in the City Limits).
