- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only offer flate rate prices. We do not perform any work unless approved. Once qouted a price, that price will not change, other than you remove/add work. All pricing will include: Materials, hardware, labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We advise them on the issue and offer options for repairs. We secure them that we are fully licensed and insured, to perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, 4 hours of continuing education classes. Thus keeps us up to date with new/revised codes. Although, I read my NEC book once a week. Talk with other electricians on new items, resources and new ways of installs.
