Javier fixed the upstairs leaking bathroom. There were multiple issues with the plumbing which he fixed in no time. The challenge was a pinhole in the wall tile grout. He found the issue and fixed it. He have expertise in electrical as well as he put a new ceiling fan in my home. The other best part about him is he cleaned really well after he finished the job. Most technician forget or decline to clean once they’re done. I’ll be recommending Javier to all my family and friends for any plumbing, electric or anything he can fix. Javier was extremely helpful from the moment I contacted him. He gave me a bid based on photos of what needed to be done we was able to give me guidance on specifications for the tankless water heater I was buying on my own to have him replace. He also replaced piping and valves that were around the old unit and bought all those materials. He did a great job and was very professional. I plan to using him again for other HVAC, electrical, and plumbing jobs.
