I hadn't heard from my granite installer after contacting him for a week and needed a fast response in order to get my kitchen done in time. In minutes of putting a request on Thumbtack, I heard back from Melissa. She was responsive and worked things on her end. I ended up hearing back from my original installer not too long after talking with her, but was very impressed with their professionalism, immediate response, and willingness to work with me.

Granite work was excellent. However due to various factors the tile work was not up to par 1st time around but we had to do a partial demolish of the install and reinstall. However, it was done to our satisfaction in the end. Thank you Chris and Raj for doing the right thing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to know what all the customer wants , we then gives a rough estimate. If customer like our estimate, they have to do half down. We then send our fabricator for actual measurement . He then makes a template , if customer wants to see the template then he can schedule a visit . Usually the installation happen in same day For backsplash the customer has to select the design. And we install next day it once countertops are done.
