I have worked with Ms. Duckworth for over 9 years with various financial situations and my tax returns. She has time over time proven to be knowledgeable with tax laws and regulations and delivered results I could not have done on my own. Her quality of work is excellent and always keeps me in the loop of where we are in what ever process we are working on. The best part is she tells me what I need to here, not just what I want to hear, thus keeping me accountable. Passionate about her work is how I would describe Jimesa. She genuinely loves to help people. It’s never simply about the profit, for her it is always about the success of her team and her clients. I found Ms. Duckworth through a friend who recommended that I give her a try. I needed to find a coach for my daughter who was having a tough time with processing her emotions while she transitioned into young adulthood. In the beginning, I listened in on sessions as any mother would and I was completely blown away! Ms. Duckworth asked some of the most thought provoking questions that quickly brought my daughter out of her shell. Within a short time I could see a great improvement in how my daughter spoke and carried herself. Consistent is the work I’d use to describe Ms Duckworth. I have no idea how she does it but she seems to be able to see a clear path through any challenge. I have used her coaching for my career at a few junctures and she never disappoints. The perspective that she lends is one that really helps shed light on my goals in a way that I can seamless execute them. If there’s something that she’s not familiar with, she will tell you and then seek to learn about it so that she can better serve you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be discussed in detail once we determine that I am a fit for your need of a Life, Career or Executive Coach. On average each session will cost $125
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will receive a free 30 minute consultation where they can better explain their goals and needs. If we agree to continue, the next session will last approximately 90 minutes and we will discuss your needs in greater detail along with answering all questions you may have. Hopefully we are a good fit to begin a coaching relationship and if not, I will make recommendations for other professionals as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*I hold an Master in Business Administration with 15+ years of professional experience in the corporate setting. I have held roles in training, education, banking, sales, taxation, marketing and leadership. *I spent 18 years as an entrepreneur and experiences I've learned how to navigate the challenges of this space successfully. *I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching and I am currently working on gaining additional coaching certifications.
