They came on time and was a le to make the key quickly. It cost me $130 which was reasonable to me, I would definitely use them again

For number 1, number 2 and number 3......This company came out for sure. Did what they did, yes. Drove approximately .05 miles to get gas, the same problem continued. Called them back, they came back, did. When I got home, some 30 miles or so, the same problem continued. Worked through that, woke up the next morning, problem still existed, called again to demand that they either fix the problem or give me my money back, which in total was $350.00. Nevertheless, they returned $175.00 and I had to pay another company $280.00 to get the job done correctly. Very disheartening! Will not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, please remember that you called at 10 p.m., and at that time neither the car nor the key was working.
Second, the amount mentioned is incorrect; it was $320. I also informed you several times that I could return the next morning to review the job and cover it under warranty, but you chose not to wait.
I also explained that because it was a late-night emergency call, the price was different and would have been lower in the morning.
I have proof and receipts to support everything I’ve stated.
