- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in compliance as specified in Texas Government Code 406.024 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: $10.00 for first signature, $1.00 for each additional signature on same document. JURATS: $10.00 per certificate, including oath or affirmation CERTIFIED COPIES: $10.00 per certificate TRAVEL: up to 10 miles flat fee of $40.00. Call for other estimates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend some time with a new customer to thoroughly understand what their needs are and make sure that all the details of the transaction are in order with what the client is looking for. I can travel to my customers, they can travel to me or I can arrange a remote session over the Notarize.com app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned notary public in the state of Texas and also a commissioned electronic notary in Texas along with being a Certified Loan Signing Agent. I am a member of the National Notary Association and have completed all of their training. I am a notary on the Notarize platform to perform remote online notary services. I have passed an extensive background check and hold the appropriate business insurance.
