- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair prices for the work we provide. We do give discounts for referrals. There are certain fees in our contract depending on the project, each specific to what a customer may be requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we like to have a one on one before their session. So we will meet them, go over what they are looking for, get to know them and just have the ice breaker so there is a level of comfort. We are also available for contact before and after any scheduled appointment for any reason.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband has taken some art classes, I have been taking photography courses online but for a majority we are self taught and just experimented through the years as a hobby before choosing this as a career path.
