I worked with Mac stairs to make my dream of updating my stairway come true. Marlon was very patient and took the time to explain the difference in materials, processes, and cost for the different options available. His crew was punctual and diligently worked over two days to bring the project to completion. His team meticulously cleaned all debris and scraps and left my home better than they found it. Work quality was excellent. The new balusters look like they were installed when the house was built. He is very professional. He protected my new floors from the front door to the stairs with drop cloths and vacuumed the entire area when done. The materials arrived this morning and Marlon came out this afternoon to do the job. And arrived an hour earlier then he was suppose to. He completed the job in record time so I was able to surprise the wife with the new balusters. She was completely surprised and loved the new balusters. Thanks...
