Curtis started out really professional with real time messages, set time frame and on time work schedule. The job we worked out was to trim the backyard weed, which he and his crew did, haul leaves and put them in bags. This is where the ethics broke down. He said he was going to go back the next day to finish blowing the front yard and take the bags of leaves to haul away. That was October 19, today its the 26th. After multiple direct messages to him, no answer. He has his reasons, mine is professional. Finish the job you started and got fully paid for! Update: I did not mention about your lost equipment because then, everyone would know how it is your M.O. to come back to people's house, ergo the one who just hired you, and accuse them of stealing your blower. Who in the world does that? Why would I want anything to do with your used blower??! I can buy 10 new ones. That is your negligence. We even inspected the yard together. Fair warning to those who would hire this guy, make sure there's an inventory of equipment coming in and out of your property, lest he calls you a thief thereafter.

Curtis and his one man crew did an excellent job of cutting and edging my grass. He responded to my request within minutes and took the job and showed up to my house in 2 hours and did an awesome job. All this with a busted hand. Nice person and professional.
