We offer a 10 percent discount for first-time customers and provide clear, itemized estimates - no hidden fees or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free assessment: We inspect the site, discuss your needs, and identify any code or safety issues. 2) Written estimate: If work is required, we email/text a detailed quote within 24 hours. 3) Scheduling: Once you approve, we agree on a start date and confirm via text 15–60 minutes before arrival. 4) Execution & invoicing: We complete the work to your satisfaction, then send an electronic invoice. Payment is due on receipt.
