Great service! We called them last minute and they responded immediately. We asked for a cleaning on a place we were selling. They absolutely went above and beyond what we asked with no additional charges. The place looked so good we almost had second thoughts of selling. We hired them for a one time service, we definitely are considering to upgrading to monthly service. Thank you so much!

Maids were excellent! My house has never been so clean! They managed to get some serious stains and mold scrubbed out of the shower, the oven is sparkling, and everything is just perfect. Will definitely hire again when i need maid services

Beyond pleased and happy with my service. Sabrina and Crystal showed up early and were on top of every part of the job. My home is pretty big but they didn’t complain once and were super helpful. Everything is spotless and not a single cobweb in sight. Did I mention this was a same day booking?!!! Despite such They were able to squeeze me in and went above and beyond in every way possible. Minor area not cleaned. Office person was rather rude after the service was completed. Owner, Nana, called me on these issues and offered his apology and a price reduction for this service and another offer for future service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple flat-rate pricing for home cleaning services based on the size of your home given the number of bedrooms. Our home cleaning services come with a satisfaction guarantee and all of the professional maids.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client has booked online or over the phone, I give a check-in call to confirm the details of the clean, find out if the customer has any preferences or wants certain spaces of the home to receive extra attention. Once the details are confirmed, the customer will receive an email outlining the cleaning as well as who their assigned home cleaner is. The customer is also invited to create an online account with us which allows for simple booking future cleans. All customers receive a reminder text of their cleaner the night before and we give a follow-up call after the cleaning is complete to check for satisfaction of service.
For new customers or those who haven't used another professional cleaning service within the past 30 days, we recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first clean.
Deep cleanings include baseboards, doors, window railings, outside of cabinets and appliances, vents, ceiling fans, dusting, and those pesky hard water stains on your shower door. It is a full detailed cleaning to get your home to the level of clean you deserve. It allows for our cleaners to maintain a high standard of clean for your home through ongoing service- whether, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I only work with professional cleaners who have a minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning. Many of my cleaners have worked with larger cleaning companies and find satisfaction working with us given our partnership approach.
