• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  The estimates can move up or down. I typically try to do my estimates on the high side so the go down.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Meet on site to go over what they want to see and walk them thru my process for getting the project there.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  15 years of experience in site work, excavation, demo, and foundation work.
