The company made an accommodation to fit me on a specific day (morning) since I wanted to be present when the lawn was mowed and trimmed with added weed prevention. Michael was very professional, efficient, and thorough in all capacities of full lawn service. He even assisted me with understanding my sprinklersystem. Currently, I am attempting to use this service once again, and maybe more permanently in the future.

They broke one of my sprinkler heads , I even paid for the “rolling” feature since I bought a new home with new sod in the front and back. And they literally rolled 25%. My daughter was home, plus our cameras inside.
They did even let me know that they were coming a 2nd time. I never requested it. And they just sent me an invoice demanding another $130

I am very happy that the crew successfully found the reason why the sprinkler heads were not popping up in one zone, located the leakage, and resolved it. Previously, I was told by another company that we needed to replace the main pressure regulator valve, which costs much more and is not the root cause. Finally, the team helped water the working area, making everything very clean, which is appreciated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as affordable as a legal company can be. We do have insurance, license, and pay our staff fairly so that we can be reliable and ready to help you anytime. Sometimes we offer discounts, and give prizes to our loyal customers. As Texas state requires by law, the prices we charge are + tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to you to try to understand the scope of the project. We usually try to make the process as simple as possible. Usually, we ask for videos or pictures of the area to work on to try to give an estimate fast enough that doesn’t waste each other’s times.
If needed, we schedule an estimator to visit your property and take a look at the project. Within 24 hours we will provide you with the estimate and wait ready to start the very next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have administrative and operational staff with degrees in landscaping and horticultural science. Also, the experience of all of our staff adds up and help us deliver the best service.
