- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fee +$10/first sign or stamp and $1 for each additional sign/stamp on the same document. Discounts are available for Veterans. Same-day appointments, Peak hours, holidays, and after-hours or emergency services will be different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do Notary services at my place. Client's can travel to me to get their notarization. $10/first sign or stamp and $1 for each additional sign/stamp on the same document. Mobile Notary: I travel to clients' locations and do notary. I charge a travel fee based on the distance. Travel fee +$10/first sign or stamp and $1 for each additional sign/stamp on the same document. Online Notary: I am authorized to do Remote/online Notary. I can explain to the clients how to get that done. Flat rate $25 + $10/first sign or stamp and $1 for each additional sign/stamp on the same document.

I am Commissioned and Bonded in the state of Texas. NNA Certified Loan Signing agent.
