FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates. Prices are fair and honest. We may not be the cheapest but we are here to stay and insured. I live along the lines of you pay for what you get and the cheapest may not always be the best. In this industry we have seen what happens to customers who can go those routes and end up spending a lot more money down the road for costly repairs of workmanship being done in correctly or trades walking off jobs without finishing. We as contractors never like to take on an unfinished job and putting our name on another companies work. This ends up being more expensive in the long run for the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet to understand the customer, designs, colors, what they are wanting and let them really tell me What they want. I will do my best to achieve the vision but will also Coach along the way certain areas they can save, change without them having knowledge of construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There isn’t a set skill set of training in this field of work. It’s more trial and error and that was done as I stated above redoing my personal house over the course of the year.
