Review of 2 Cool Guys Duct Cleaning LLC I had my air ducts cleaned in my home recently by 2 Cool Guys Duct Cleaning LLC, a veteran owned small business owned and operated by Robert and Marcus. I had noticed a strange smell in my house, and I wanted to get it checked out. I called for an appointment, and they were able to come out the same day. Robert and Marcus are not just technicians, they are the co-owners of the company, which is why I stress that we got VIP service having them work on our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and they explained their process to me and answered all of my questions. They also took the time to educate me on the importance of air duct cleaning and how it can improve my indoor air quality. I was especially impressed with the fact that Robert and Marcus went above and beyond to help me identify the source of the strange smell in my house. They inspected my vents inside and out, and they even got up on the roof to check for any dead animals or rodents. In the end, they discovered that the smell was coming from my dirty vent. Marcus & Rob came out and did an estimate for us on our vents, and they were even able to do them same day. They had great equipment that made cleaning easy (plus no mess from the duct dust). We paid $50/vent, $50 for sanitation, and $125 for cleaning around and inside the return vent(s). The cleaning improved the airflow coming out from our vents in each room and relieved our HVAC System from working so hard. They also educated us on HVAC maintenance, and care.

Marcus and Robert came to clean my dryer vent today after I noticed a burning smell and increased drying times. Not only were they on time, they were efficient, changed out my vent duct with a flexible one, AND checked my air ducts and air return while changing the air filter for my A/C. I will definitely be using them again next year!
