Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our work stands out from others because of one thing: quality. Menu items are prepared from carefully selected ingredients with quality and attention to detail in mind. It's not pre-made in an industrial kitchen and then slopped into to-go containers and heated. You can tell a difference and that's why people choose us over the competitors. I love that I'm doing what I've always wanted to do. I've always loved preparing food and watching people's reactions as they enjoy it. What a gratifying feeling to see the labor you put into it translated onto someone's face. Priceless.

I was solicited by many vendors after I posted by request for a caterer for my New Year's Eve party in October. After speaking with several, I spoke to Nicole and was immediately struck by how personable, yet professional she was on the phone. She listened, made suggestions and sent pictures of her work. This isn't just a business to her; it's a passion. We set up a time for a tasting and I was totally impressed. Everything she prepared looked just the photos and the food was delicious. She prepared a wide variety and agreed to do my party for about 40 people. She was easy to work with, didn't take exception with any ideas or suggestions I had and stayed in touch with me up until the event. Two weeks out, my RSVPs had grown to 90. I panicked, but Nicole was willing to take on the additional work load, encouraged me to stay calm and was able to determine the most efficient and cost effective way to manage such a large at home party. The party was a success. I got many compliments on everything from the presentation to the tastefulness of the food. You always worry when such a large amount is being prepared, but she came through. I would definitely utilize her services again and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality, style, professionalism and general support through what can surely be a pretty stressful ordeal. Awesome cupcakes, caprese bruschetta, cheesecake shooters creme fraiche, and punches (3), all for my daughters baby shower. Nicole arrived in plenty of time to set up and volunteered to stay to help with serving. Would definitely hire Nicole again.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. We do various cooking classes at different places like Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, Central Market and Whole Foods. These classes keep us ahead of the game but also help us to acquire and master other culinary skills.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do a variety of jobs for our clients. We do weddings and quinceneras. Any kind of a party-birthday, tea, bachelor or bachelorette parties. We also do bridal and baby showers along with corporate and sales representative lunches. Sometimes people just feel like having a small get together or a private meal prepared in their homes. We cater to any request.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just look at numbers. Remember, you get what you pay for. Food is such a universally social element. If you have bad food at your wedding, the only thing people will really remember about that event was how poor the food was. Quality over quantity.
