We’ve been working with Go Gator Travel for the first time to book my 40th birthday trip to Costa Rica!! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our trip. From the time we contacted Go Gator Travel till the time we received our refund Roscoe gave us the best customer service we could have asked for!!! Very timely with our quote as well as knowledgeable. Even when we decided that it wasn’t the best time to travel he helped us with canceling our trip and working to receive our refund. During the entire process if we had any question he was there to help us.
I was so impressed by his professionalism that soon after we received our refund, we went ahead and booked another trip further in the future with Go Gator Travel!!! I would and have already HIGHLY recommend using Go Gator Travel for your Travel needs!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know that I work with some of the best Travel vendors/suppliers in the industry. I have great relationships with my BDM (Business Development Managers) in my area. You will have top notch competitive pricing, awesome payment plans and some exclusive specials/deals/discounts that some of my preferred vendors may be offering for me to give to you (My Clients)!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process usually starts with the gathering of information which I will send you a client profile form via email to follow and return. The I usually get you a choice of 3 options unless you have a specific place or type that you want. Once you confirm on one of the Choices we will move into deposit or full payment, your confirmation email and the opportunity to ask any questions about the upcoming destination that you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my Travel Agent University Course. Been awarded Dream Maker Certification. Become a Vacation Builder and a Travel Genius recipient. I have also included some of my trainings in the photos in my profile.
