She can tell you what’s wrong with each specific part of the body, tell you what to do to prevent further damage and what you need to do to make it better, on TOP of giving an excellent massage. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have created a rewards card program. My discounts start at 15%. Every 5th visit is 50% off and every 10th visit is free. With every new card you fill your standard 1-4 & 6-9 visits the discounts increase. To as much as 34% off every visit outside your 5th and 10th. These cards are able to be shared amongst family and friends as long as they bring your card with your name on it with them to the appointment. I only charge one fee: this is the travel fee to your home and is largely based off of where you are located to me. This fee is waved and larger discounts are available if you choose to come to my location during specific time slots that are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have a new patient form that I email to new clients prior to our first appointment. If it's not filled out prior I simply ask the questions and ask for them to point out specific areas of pain. From there I explain what they will expect during their designated time they requested and will occasionally suggest longer sessions if the areas of concern need more attention. From there I start the appointment and will call out any problem area that I find, explain how they possibly got the injury, and how the best way to go about eliminating it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my chiropractic assistant license in 2014 shortly followed by my massage therapist license the same year. Ever since I went and studied my basic college courses and received my bachelors in health science focusing on the skeletal and nervous systems. I've entered my first of ten trimesters at parker university and will be graduating in 2021 with my doctorate in chiropractic.
