I had an issue with our bathroom exhaust fans and their outside wall ducts. Castellion came up and rectified the problem, cleaned the ducts and even brought out a bird and her nest out from the duct. He then bought and fixed meshes on the other three exhaust ducts to avoid future problems. He is professional and also friendly. I am so pleased.
