- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer price match guarantee. So if someone beats our quote (which I doubt) we will match them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the scope of damages then after I sit the customer down and run through multiple options for how we want to get the water out, after deciding which route to take. We will perform the demo that you approved, treat everything with a antimicrobial, and install dry out equipment through out the home. We come back every day to monitor the progress until the home is dry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
