Ive had ongoing issues with my sprinkler system. I know this late in the season it might not seem like a big deal to water the grass, but why not be prepared for spring, right? Lone Star Property Services was contacted and they promptly scheduled someone to come out and take a look.Their communication was excellent. I got text updates letting me know exactly when to expect the technician, which was great. Joseph arrived on time and was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.Turns out, the system had quite a few issues: corroded wiring, a stuck inline valve, a broken pipe, several jammed sprinkler heads, and a few other things above my pay grade of understanding. It ended up being an all-day project, but Joseph literally dug in, got his hands dirty, found every problem, and got it all working perfectly. Even some sprinklers I didn't know existed. He was also careful not to cut an important root system ("mother root" or taproot) of a tree as he was repairing the broken pipe which I thought was a nice touch. Then cleaned up like he'd never been there.He even programmed my controller for optimal efficiency. I dont even have to mess with it now. Excellent service all around. Five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up!
