- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a system required complex design, we typically complete a formal design and engineering service. This assures that pricing is accurate, and your expectations will be properly met. For larger designs, we may be integrating as many as 10 different sub systems that all have to talk and work together seamlessly. This process takes time, but it is important to ensure that the job goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all available CEDIA certifications. I am Install I, II, & III Certified, Designer Certified, & Network Certified. In Addition, I carry a Fire Alarm Technician License, & Security Installer, Manager, Owner/Operator License. I take many classes each year to maintain the credits that are required to keep my licenses. This means that I stay up to date on the latest technology, products, and solutions available.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform many different types of jobs on a regular basis. We sell and mount a lot of TV's on a regular basis. We also do a lot of small to medium home networks on a frequent basis. We typically do several home theaters a month, as well as maybe 10 large home integrations a year. We even do small computer and network services call regularly.
