FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable because I do alot of shopping for the best materials at the lowest cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers in person to build a good repore, look at the job in it's entirety and collect all the information needed to give a accurate estimate. After collecting my information open the floor for the customer to ask questions about the job and what the job will entail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the late 80's through the late 90's as an interior trim carpenter and cabinet builder. I held contracts in The Woodlands Tx. for Ryland, Pulte and Emerald Homes. I continued my career building spec homes, remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, installing decks, patios and outdoor kitchens. In the 2007 I began working for JC Restoration in Chicago, IL as a Reconstruction Superintendent, then moved back to Fort Worth, Texas in 2010 working for Servpro Restoration as a Marketing Manager and Operations Manager.
