I reached out to On-Site MobileAuto Service (Will) about my 2015 Dodge Avenger for repairs and couldn’t be happier with the service. The issue was diagnosed quickly and explained clearly before any work was done. Everything was fixed right the first time, and the car has been running smooth ever since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest work. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone needing reliable auto repairs.
Will explained thoroughly what the issues was at hand. He replaced a faulty wheel hub assembly, which was causing noise and vibration while driving. After the repair, the car drove smoothly with no more grinding or shaking. He also repaired the cooling system, including diagnosing overheating issues and replacing the necessary parts to restore proper engine temperature and performance.
Great workmanship and attention to detail. I’ll be back for future maintenance. Since then I’ve recommended him to all of my family and friends which are all happy that I recommended him to them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple with us, The diagnostics Charge is waved with approved repairs, but is paid on site upon either arrival or after diagnostics. in some cases may be needed upfront before arrival.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typicaly we have a phone call converasation about whats going on and whats the desired repiar if the Client dose not want diagnostic done. We always ask for Vin to verify proper fitment of parts and accurate quote/ estimates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Master Techs ( Mechanics ) trained for over 10 years by the dealer. many certification are held including hybrid work or all electric vehicles like Tesla.
