- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple with us, The diagnostics Charge is waved with approved repairs, but is paid on site upon either arrival or after diagnostics. in some cases may be needed upfront before arrival.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typicaly we have a phone call converasation about whats going on and whats the desired repiar if the Client dose not want diagnostic done. We always ask for Vin to verify proper fitment of parts and accurate quote/ estimates
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Master Techs ( Mechanics ) trained for over 10 years by the dealer. many certification are held including hybrid work or all electric vehicles like Tesla.
