What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I off discounts if we meet at half way point or you truly agree location. For wedding I due charge a deposit to lock in the date which the deposit are non refundable but do go to total cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out via app then follow up with a text and work out details of Notarization or either wedding planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ordain minister since 2024 but I grew up in church as well as notary in my full time job I have 10+ years verifying documents.
