- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to offer reasonable and affordable pricing. Having a good music vibe at an affordable price is important. Money I save someone can go towards other aspects of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe a good line of communication is key. I send emails and texts to the client to make sure the music they want is what I play. I also keep updated on what I will being doing during key moments of the event. If someone books several months or a year out. I like to keep in touch every 2 to 3 months after the contract is signed to make sure they know I am still tracking and haven't ghosted anyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught.
