I sent out this AC issue in the morning. They came to my house on the same day. In this hot summer, it was a real rescue. My AC couldn’t cool down soon. Most of the time, the room temperature was around 83-84 degree. Although the first time repair couldn’t make the AC fully recovered, it made the room temperature around 79 degree, so that we had some time to discuss about replacing the outside unit. The technician worked hard and showed professional knowledge. I think it was a good value because they only charged the second time work on replacing the outside unit, but did not charge the first time repair, which was not a complete fix, but helped me cool down to an acceptable room temperature.

Julio took time to listen to my concern and helped identify the issue, and also at the same time spent time in explaining the cause of the issue and how he will be resolving it. They fixed the issues I had which is sealing an air leak and also replacement of a Damper Motor that caused upstairs temperature getting very hot. He definitely know what he is doing and why he is doing. He did not just have his guy just seal the air leak. After sealing the leak, he went ahead and fixed the issue the caused the leak to begin with. I would definitely recommend Julio and will call him again for any HVAC issues.
