5 stars all around. This is my first Pomeranian and I dont want her fur to be too short to prevent alopecia. Regardless of who grooms my dog, it comes out perfect. The finish results show the perfect long teddy bear-style trim with a clean shape and soft, fluffy finish. I love that they park next to your house and you get picture updates about your pet. They will also send you cute postcards with your pet on them to remind you about booking another appointment!

Alyssa came to our house today and she did an amazing job with my fur baby!! My fur baby really liked her and made him feel comfortable. He is a senior dog and has anxiety issues. When he got done he was all smiles. We will definitely be using her again. Thanks again

the customer service was outstanding from the booking contact to the groomer, Alyssa. she was able to calm down my old lady pug and did a great job. barkbus went above and beyond for our first appointment and will definitely use them again in the future.
