Just finished my second project with Ismael. Having worked with other contractors, it has been the best experience by far. He and his crew are honest, reliable, prompt, and do quality work. The tile work in both of my bathroom remodels has been breathtaking. I will be working with them again to finish out the rest of my remodel. 100% recommended

Ismael and Jesus were terrific - they were right on time with a great attitude, were willing and able to get my job done, met the time frame, came in right on time and on budget. These guys are a treasure to find if you need some home-improvement help. Just did an excellent job.

Super handy and knows his crafts ! Ismael is punctual, hard working, and skilled. He offers a lot of service and provides quality work. My husband and I needed the missing grout and some cracked grout in our shower replaced, and Ismael did the job well done including the tiles around our bath tub as well as sealed all our tiles afterwards. We look forward to using his service again.

They were really nice guys, but the skill set just isn’t there. They don’t have the attention to detail that it takes to complete a value-adding renovation. The finished project looks more DIY than professional. I will now have to pay someone to tear out the wall and move my plumbing back to the correct position and finish off everything else they messed up. When asked to correct their mistakes they had attitude because I guess it looks perfect to them. The response about fixing the overcut for the exhaust was “no one uses popcorn anymore”. They don’t have a right to trash my mid-century modern home because they don’t like something. OMG! The best thing they did was buff my tub, that was done to perfection. The rest was a “no” for me.

As stated to you in person, it is our priority to ensure every customer is happy with our services. I would like to point out that these pictures were taken before we finished the project. Also, you have included pictures of items that you are working on separate from what is agreed to in our contract including, wall paper removal, and drywall-mudding the walls and ceilings. Keep in mind that credit card charge-back fraud is something we take very serious. The good news is that our work comes with warranty, so we are happy to correct any defects in our workmanship regarding the work that we've done.
