5 stars all around. This is my first Pomeranian and I dont want her fur to be too short to prevent alopecia. Regardless of who grooms my dog, it comes out perfect. The finish results show the perfect long teddy bear-style trim with a clean shape and soft, fluffy finish. I love that they park next to your house and you get picture updates about your pet. They will also send you cute postcards with your pet on them to remind you about booking another appointment!

Barkbus Mobile Dog Grooming's reply

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Marianna! We're beyond happy to hear you're loving your Pomeranian’s teddy bear trim—our stylists always aim for that perfect balance of cute and coat-safe! We’re so glad the whole experience—from picture updates to our doorstep service—has made grooming feel easy and joyful. Can’t wait to see your fluffy girl again for her next Spaw Day! 💙🐾

Barkbus Mobile Grooming gets my highest recommendation. They were professional and communicated with me multiple times before arriving at my house to groom our 19 year old dog Skippy. I couldnt be happier with his groomer Alex and her treatment of Skippy. He looks so cute! I will definitely be using them again.

Barkbus Mobile Dog Grooming's reply

We're thrilled to hear that, Jason! 🌟 We hold ourselves to a high standard and love knowing we hit the mark for you, especially Alex, who groomed Skippy. Thank you for the trust—it means the world to our team! 🐾💙

I had a fantastic experience with Bark Bus in Charlotte, NC. The convenience of mobile grooming was amazing, and Angel W. truly lived up to her nameshe was kind, patient, clearly skilled, and an absolute angel. My dogs are usually nervous around grooming, but somehow they stayed completely calm the whole time, which is nothing short of a miracle. The grooming results were excellent, and Ill definitely be using this service again. Im sure all their groomers are great, but if you get Angel, consider yourself lucky!
