- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I teach CLE to other lawyers in the areas of estate planning and probate law. The last CLE accredited seminar I lectured at on estate planning and probate matters was in December of 2011.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wills, Powers of attorney, Trusts, Business documents, helping with decisions involving property and family relationships.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone in your local area who is board certified and ask local probate judges, financial advisors and CPA's who they think would help you. Be wary of internet advertising and lawyers outside of your geographic area. It is not possible for any lawyer to be highly skilled in more than a few areas of the law. Any claims otherwise are to be viewed with great caution.
