I had a issue with my hot tub and I wanted to get some help I contacted this company and he was very honest once I told him what the issue was and he didn't want me to spend a lot of money so he gave me the options of what it could be we was able to get it fixed and had to spend no money. They were so helpful. The pump was not able to get and keep primed. They clearly explained what was going on and showed me how they could tell where the problems were. They corrected the issues and offered helpful advice that will allow me to avoid some repair calls in the future.

Joseph responded to my request on thumbtack immediately. He was at my house the next morning. He easily identified the problem and fixed it. I wanted the calibration changed and he did that too. Easy to deal with and was able to fix my problem. We’ve been using the hot tub every night since it’s been fixed. I would recommend and would use them again.

Pool Tech representative promptly responded to my request for someone to come out and look at my filtration system as it did not have any suction. He gave a fair price quote and showed up the very next morning to fix it. He explained the problem and then made the necessary repairs. The individual was very well versed with pool maintenance issues and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them.
