I use KGW Corp. to clear lots, excavate lots, build structural pads, and prepare lots for proper drainage throughout the building process. I use them because they are able to complete all of these tasks at a very high level of quality.

We had a storm damaged house that we needed removed. One contact bid very high, so I put it up for bid on Thumbtack. KGW came it at half the cost. They were on the job site at 8am, the house was demolished bu 9:30, the trucks were finished hauling material away by 12:30 and the job site was cleaned to perfection by 1. Every single employee was enjoyable to be around. This was professionalism at its highest level. I could not have asked for a higher quality of work performance. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them again very soon. No discount or incentive was offered for this review, nor am I associated with this company in any way.
