I had an emergency on a Friday afternoon. The GFI switch went out in my garage, so I didn't have power to my garage and laundry room. Also, my internet was out since the main box is in the garage. I called Citywide around 4pm and got an immediate response. Initially, they couldn't come until Monday but when I explained my outage ( no internet- who can live without internet, LOL) they came out at 5:30pm and fixed it for me!!! Citywide saved my weekend - I had internet, a working garage door and laundry room. Thank you so much!!!!!
