- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quotes are per job. Hourly rates are quoted for jobs that may take awhile to complete. We do this company for those who cannot afford horribly inflated rates, charged by many vendors. Discounts available for military affiliations and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce self. Listen to request. Discuss problem areas, solutions and cost. Make sure all questions are answered regarding our business model. Make sure WE agree on cost to repair/renovate/service etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two of our employees are FACTORY authorized in almost all home appliance service and repair ranging from: LG Samsung Maytag Whirlpool Viking Amana Kenmore Roper Bosch Wolf KitchenAid and many more.
