- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Air Depot aims to exceed our customers' expectations. We carry a wide variety of air conditioning and heating systems, allowing us to match the correct AC system to our customers needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat each new customer as though they were a friend who just needed some advice. Regardless of how we were put in touch with each other, be it a referral or a internet search, we start by discussing their air conditioning needs or problems. Then we setup an appointment usually in the same day to have one of our friendly technicians tackle these issues in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beside holding one of the oldest air conditioning and heating license in TX. Our senior management has over 100 years experience. Our employees average 10+ years of employment with us and our technicians are NATE certified. Organizations that are part of the NATE coalition include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
