- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly straight forward: Butter cream frosted cakes start off at $4 a serving and fondant covered cakes start off at $5 a serving, for tiered cakes their is a small fee for the tiering pieces and there is a small delivery fee based on actual milage. For catering the set up and serve fee is $250 on weekdays and $300 Friday-Sunday this give you our food truck for up to 1 1/2 hours (additional time is available). Then the cost of food is based on the menu you select. We have items from $2 -$18 a serving, so we can work within almost any budget. We do not have a minimum number of guest we serve to, but all menu items are ordered by the dozen.

I take new baking technique and cake decorating classes all the time.
