Introduction: Everyone is different. We personalize programs for each client using the CrossFit approach. Nutrition is a priority and functional strength and conditioning is our goal. I love the smiles and the tears that come with seeing my clients getting their life back. It drives me to be of service to others and I am thankful I can do so through nutrtiion and exercise education.

I was googling trainer's in the Cypress area and came across Brian's page. His website caught my eye because of his approach...he truly seemed like he had a passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals and really cared about his clients. When I met Brian he was very warm, polite, down to earth and professional. After meeting him I knew I wanted him to be my trainer! I have been training with Brian for the past 2 weeks and have already lost 12 lbs and 4 inches! I love his approach when we work out, he always changes the work outs up so you never get bored, he pushes you but also is very encouraging while doing so. I am so, so glad that I found him when I did and am very pleased with his experience, his approach and just him as a person. He is a great guy and you will NOT be disappointed! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for trainer! I look forward to working with him in the months to come!!!

Brian is an awesome addition to anyone's life. He is very professional, kind, knowledgable in training and helps you to reach your goal. He modifies the routine where you can come back and be able to workout the next day. I have a back injury and he is an expert as to what I should and should not do to maintain a strong and healthy self. He has helped me loose over 25 pounds and 6 inches. Brian has a positive thought process throughout every aspect of your workout. He is not a drill sergeant. Unless you wish him to be. I have had many trainers in my past and I thank The Lord above for having him as my trainer!

Brian is a great personal trainer! He always keeps things interesting and keeps the workouts fun. He will always push you to go your very best. I highly recommend him. He will help you achieve your goals!!!

    I develop programs that help people with a wide range of goals from weight loss, firming and toning, to weight gain with muscle building as the emphasis. Functionality is a key component in every program I develop. With any program Nutrition is crucial to success. I offer nutritional counseling as part of the program to ensure excellent results.

    My advice when searching for a personal trainer is to ask a ton of questions. Make sure that the person your considering has the knowledge and experience to get you the results you desire.
