The inspection took two hours. I appreciated the way that Steve educated us about the home itself - telling us where to find things and tips and tricks we would not have known otherwise. I also appreciated him educating us on taking care of the home. I think the only thing that would have improved it would have been if he would have done a "walking tour" for a recap. Instead of just relying on the pictures, taking us to the places and showing us directly....but that's just me because I am very hands on! It would have just helped me to actually see real time how bad (or not) something was in making our decisions on what to ask for.
