At the beginning of the job always tell the provider what you are looking for specifically so that all your needs are met.

I am 34 years of age and I have a strong desire to build a stable foundation for my family mentally, emotionally, and physically and by staying focused on full filling my dreams I will accomplish this stable foundation by staying dedicated to my work.
