- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please provide your information in order to get a quote for your services. Please note this does not guarantee any form of service or guarantee services. If you want to guarantee your time frame for your special event please use our booking services first. Please note that quotes expire without booking within 72 hours if not booked, as rental services are in high demand and to provide our customers services in a timely manner. All services require a signed rental service agreement prior to collecting payment. Also please note that the seasons also have different rates as busy event seasons tend to have a rate increase if you have not booked in advance. "What might be cheaper 4 or 5 months ago, could cost more the month of the event". Please read our steps to booking or payment on our home page first before requesting a quote as it helps to answer your questions and also shares what our services look like to help you better communicate a quote request if your choosing not to book online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps for Booking Services 1. Visit our website and browse through our available services. 2. Select the service that best fits your needs and click the "Book Now" button. 3. Enter your contact information, including name, address and phone number. 4. Enter your payment information and confirm your booking, please note, you will see an authorization on credit cards but not a charge, you will not be charged until a signed service agreement is in place and your theme has been approved by you. 5. Receive an email confirmation of your booking. 6. Contact us if you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking.
