- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I struggled with my own emotional, mental and physical health in my mid-20s. I experienced traumatic and sometimes violent emotional, physical and mental abuse at a young age, and by the time I was 28, I was well on my way to making personal growth and major life transformation. I turned my life around without the support of family and friends, and I vowed to help other women so they wouldn't have to go at it alone. I want to be the support for other women that I never had during the first 25 years of my life.
