- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garvin Exteriors pricing is very very competitive for the quality that you will receive. We focus on high end materials but with very low overhead. Giving back the savings to you. Average prices are listed in our profile and we also offer a 10% discount to any active or retired military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will perform a thorough inspection of the entire roof. We will get into your attic and check for any signs of damage and explain what may have happened and what it will take to fix. Once the inspection is completed we will give you a written price and also email you that price. We stand behind our pricing and it will not change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Garvin Exteriors has over 10 years of experience in the exterior remodeling industry. We are fully trained on all areas of remodeling but focus on roofing, gutters and attic insulation because we have found that your Roof is most important to protect your family. The Gutters keep the Houston rain away from your foundation protecting it and Attic Insulation is the best way to save on your energy bills and keep your home cool and comfortable in the Houston heat.
