- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with a client on packages depending on the length, frequency and goals of the client. Pricing is on a per session basis: * Group Session: In-person training for up to 4 athletes. 1 session. The standard session lasts 90 minutes. $49/hour per athlete. * Private Session: In-person training for a single athlete. 1 session. The standard session lasts 90 minutes. $75/hour / $98/90 minutes * In-person training for a single athlete. 5 sessions. The standard session lasts 90 minutes. $350/total package for 60 minutes, $450/total package for 90 minutes. * I also offer performance-based and subscription options. Contact me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will include: Modern football (soccer) is a highly complex game that requires technical skills at the ball, a deep understanding of the game and how to position yourselves, speed, and physical fitness. 1. Assessment of level of your child (low, medium, high) in the following areas (15 minutes) - Physical fitness - Speed - Technical skill at the ball - Understanding of the game/intelligence 2. Assessment of your and your child’s goals (getting into competitive team/level, basic skills, or just learning the game). 3. Advise on the Houston (and beyond) soccer club landscape. 4. Based on that we’ll taylor the session to your needs 5. First session * 90 Minutes Consist Of: 1) Cardio Drill (15 Min) Break (1 Min) 2) Footwork Drill (15 Min) Break (1 Min) 3) Dribbling Drill (15 Min) Break (1 Min) 4) Scoring Drill (15 Min) Break (1 Min) 5) Passing Drill (15 Min) Break (1 Min) 6) In-Game Situations (15 Min)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Speed & Agility Coach 2010-Present: Trained high school and college level, as well as kids teams ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 * I grew up in Germany, and soccer is part of the culture there. My understanding of the game is very high * Coached soccer teams in Cypress, TX as part of the Aspire FC (competitive soccer) and Training Grounds (recreational soccer) club * I am also a Black Belt (1st Dan) in Kyokushin Karate. I’ve practiced Karate at the New York Dojo for five years which included running training sessions. I also practiced Shotokan Karate for five years as a teenager. * I currently preparing for USSF and NSCAA certifications
