- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in cleaning up and catching up bookkeeping and accounting. Because of our focus we can do it faster and smoother than the average bookkeeper or accounting firm. We use a 5-hour block system which requires explicit approval each 5-hours so you never get hit with a "surprise!" bill which is most likely to happen with most other firms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we do a Free 30-minute consultation call. This helps give us an idea of your unique situation so we can let you know how we can assist and what that might look like. It's not a sales call and it's not high pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bookkeepers are all U.S. Based and we don't outsource any work overseas (like most firms do). Every bookkeeper or accountant MUST have a minimum of 5 years of solid, full-time bookkeeping or accounting experience and they must enjoy clean-up and catch-up projects (most accountants and bookkeepers dislike this kind of work).
