I’m a brand new business owner with no prior education in the area of business. I started my personal yoga business in 2021 but wanted to make sure I was starting on the right foot so that I don’t regret anything important down the road. I have heard too many horror stories and regrets from people in the yoga business before me. Or small business owners in general.
I reached out to Regie for guidance and direction so I can be ahead of the game more than other small business owners. Regie was very helpful in providing business coaching and guidance, and in explaining the practical steps I needed to take to get my yoga business up and functioning properly. I'm not really a finance person, that is a true skill I was never taught, so Regie was very effective and patient in the ways he broke down to explain the potential tax implications of certain business decisions that can negatively and positively affect me. For example, he first asked the right questions and gave me time to answer them the best way I could (with my current understanding) and then with this information he asked more and more specific questions that I never would have thought of.
In the short period of time it took me to reach out to him, working with him and learning from him, I am more confident than ever that I’m doing things right that way I don’t have problems developing without me knowing and having to pay for it later.

This was the first year, my business made lots of profits. I knew I need a professional who understood the intricacies of filing taxes and balancing my books. In the previous years I had been using softwares to do this but I knew that with the amount of growth that came with the business, filling my taxes with a software won’t be good enough.
