These guys were first to respond to my request. They also responded with an actual plumber not just a schedule it. They scheduled relatively quickly on the weekend same day. They showed up on time and had the lowest call fee I found anywhere. They pinpointed the issue and recommended that they not do the work, since the issue is actually with my sprinkler system. They could do the work but the cost would be greater than going with a dedicated sprinkler guy. After that I scheduled to have them come back and do a tankless water heater maintenance. Their price was better than any I've seen before.

We requested an inspection and a quote to clean evap coils in my ac units. Keshawn showed up and was professional and very knowledeable. He provided good recommedations upon inspection. Quote seemed a bit high so we are looking somewhere else but I was completely satisfied with the inspection.
Having dealt with hundreds of plumbing companies in 30 years of remodeling old homes, it's rare to find a plumber as informed as Josh with Berrett Plumbing. I have a special tankless water heater, but he knew all about it and was able to reference to verify. Wow. He also took the time to explain it to me. I might add that SIX other plumbing companies have dealt with the water heater...with no success. Berrett is my new plumbing company of record. I highly recommend.
